General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the KARMIN by KBS Genetic website, operated by:

1. Purpose

These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered by KARMIN by KBS Genetic, including:

Breeding animals (sold by direct sale or auction)

2. Orders

Any order placed on our website constitutes acceptance of these GTC.
Orders are recorded only after payment validation or written confirmation for animal sales.
In the event of exceptional product unavailability, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, excluding taxes (excl. VAT) and including taxes (incl. VAT) when specified.
KBS Genetic reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the price in effect at the time of the order.

4. Payment

Payments may be made by:

Credit card (via a secure payment module)
Bank transfer

No shipment or transfer of animals will take place without full receipt of payment.

5. Delivery

Semen or embryos are shipped via specialized carriers, under conditions that respect the cold chain.
Animals are delivered or collected according to the terms agreed with the customer.
Delivery times are given for information purposes only. Any delay cannot justify order cancellation.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, perishable or customized products (semen, embryos, live animals) are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
For other products, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, at their own expense.

7. Warranty – Liability

KBS Genetic guarantees that products conform to their published description.
The company cannot be held liable for genetic performance or results obtained in breeding, nor for improper use of the products.
It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with storage, transport, and usage conditions.

8. Online Auctions

Online auctions are governed by specific rules available on the platform.
Each winning bid is considered final and binding.
Payment and animal transfer conditions are specified for each sale.

9. Personal Data

Data collected as part of orders is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available [here].
Customers may exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion) by contacting: contact@kbs-genetic.com.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of the registered office of KBS Genetic.
